I think the PVs software will run as a separate process and take txs to be relayed from an alternative mempool, so a PV that is validating the relayed transaction (aka the user operation) doesn’t need to be validating the blocks at the same time. @leonp can shed more light on this.

So as @Maor pointed out PV’s services will be provided as an additional software, that is not part of the core validator client. it will be advised to run it on a separate instance so validator performance won’t be downgraded.
